Hi - I'm new to the forum. I'm trying to build a board track racer and I want to find out how to make the engine look old by adding patina. Does anyone know how that's done. Thanks!

maybe you can induce some corrosion by putting on wet paper towels and then spraying them with water every so often thru the day.
but there may be some paint spray that may give the look you are seeking.

cold gun blue, and then take a brass brush to any obvious wear spots. otherwise wrap it in an oily potato sack and bury it for a week or two
