Super 32 Motorized Build

Playing with a Super 32" Kent, love the "can't miss me" neon green. An 80cc 2 stroke should bolt right in. The large 32", 60 psi tires should absorb most of the cracks & dips. Did have to swap out the large 1" cruiser bars for a set of track bars. Think a 62 tooth sprocket is over kill for city living?

Fun bike choice.

Now get your angle grinder and whack of the ends of all those bolts at the nuts for a nice look.

Just a note, you can use standoffs and 4 additional bolts to secure a tank on a fat bar with the brackets.

Just a tip ;-}

Just using what I had laying around. A few old bolt did the trick. Thanks for the tip tho

The 415 chain form my kit was not long enough. Had to add a few extra links. Also ditched the chain tensioner and added a 1/2 link.

Sweet look, nice and clean, but just a coaster brake?

Come on fellow 'Zonie, no motorized bike is safe with just a coaster brake and you know it.
If people start getting hurt around here you'll screw the pooch for all of us bud, and nobody wants that.
