Even with my old carby it was running slow though

For some reason just all of a sudden it started going slow then I had the carby stuff up so my mate put his until my new one came because he was getting his bike painted at the time and with his as well it ran slow so I have no idea it's annoying the hell out of me

Well, if you are absolutely sure that you have ruled out the carb, then double and triple check your electrical. Make sure all the connections are sound and check to make sure the spark plug cap has a good clean connection to the plug.
