So for a long time the electric cables were hanging near the coil, exposed and it looks ugly..
I tried to dutch tape them to the frame but that just made it look worse.
Any ideas?

I used automotive split wire loom. Its a start.

I wired my bike with 2 conductor 18 awg lamp cord from a home improvement store. It took about 6 feet.
I don't really recommend it because it's interior wire, but if you keep it away from hot parts it really tidies things up. It's black like the frame so it is hard to see at all.
Did it last August and it's holding up fine.

Like wheelbender posted, wire loom of several different sizes works great for creating your own wiring housing.
It's easy to merge smaller ones into larger to create a central wiring backbone that's easy to remove from the bike if necessary.

A pipe clamp on frame with a rubberized clamp for securing the housing works to keep it in place til you don't want to.

Anyone have a source for a cable splitter for the Cree light power supply? I've seen the splitter that provides an extra USB port but I'm just wanting a double plug to run two different lights, each with its own control switch.
