i want to build a 2 stroke motorized 29er mountain bike,..does the standard sprocket work ok?

it will probably be ok but if you want less top speed and more grunt then go with a larger sprocket.

as long as its a 36 spoke hub/rim...yep.
but as jag says, you would want something slightly bigger if youre wanting to keep the torque the same as a 44t on 26" rims... id say 44 on 29" would be about the same as 36 on a 26"
