Portland, oregon 124th and stark st. Stolen khs brentwood front tire original says khs broken tail light, bike rack with bungee cord on rack recently installed motor. 415 chain solid no master link. Lots of electrical tape and white packing tape holding cables in place. Rear brakes had no treed left for stopping. Front light is red not white, lights set to engage when brake is applied. Front wheel had a kmph speedometer attached with 70 kmph on it at time of theft.
