the refund button on paypal only stays there for 3 months ,
after that they charge for the money to come back.
i do agree i shouldn't be short as it wasn't my mistake .
they took money for something they didn't have and still don't have 6 months latter.
when i made payment the part was shown as in stock ,
as soon as i paid (3 days latter)it was out of stock .
i asked for the refund within the 3months so i would have got it all back .
but they never sent it in time .
every email i sent them after the 3 month time frame i asked for the extra 6% that paypal take .
but they sent the money in australian funds not usa funds like i paid in
at 80 cents in the dollar it cost me

Live and learn, at least you got most of it back. All of us go through hassles dealing with certain vendors online. Mostly my experiences have been good thankfully. Weird how some have been treated well then they crap on you. It only takes 1 bad experience to lose 10 customers and that isn't good. Your revenge is posting this thread so others can be informed, I for one wouldn't order from them fearing the same treatment. So you can scratch one notch for your satisfaction.
