The jet under the black plastic screw is the pilot jet.

No, there is no screw under that plug.

The mixture screw is in plain sight on the front side of the carb facing down in the pic.

Some of the carburetors have an air/fuel adjustment and some versions it is "fixed" and small plug covers the hole.
