ok thanks,.. we have an opposite opinion of what to do with this system,... although that seems to fit because we are almost exactly on the opposite sides of the planet. either way will work,.. only difference is amount of cash needed to make it work.
birdman101 again it is up to you how much you want to spend,.. if you want to use the hub (that is my favorite front hub btw it came out just after i had my wheels made im useing the 70 mm drum front hub, and the 8 speed internal gear with 70mm drum brake hub for the rear,.. i love my s/a hubs) the 6 volt gear from wc will work,.. if you want to start over fabian has the deluxe 12 volt solution,.. either way you will probably be ordering from wonderful creations.of course it less than 50 cc officer,... anything larger would be illegal

Maybe I should have asked first since starting over after spending $180 for the front brake hub and having it laced into the wheel would end up costing more and then I would have a S/A hub that I'm not using to go with the 12 volt system. All I need now is the charging system, battery and find some 6 volt lights. I do appreciate all of your input.

What the hub are you referring to, I'm no electrical genius but you need a generating hub before getting this other thinge? Give me a sign or something I might understand as to what your talking about.
