Wind and Overkill

ugh! Of all the things with this project that I can overcome, today one thing came to mind that I simply can not overcome. If it is titled and registered as a motorcycle, there is no way I will be able to ride on many of the trails and bike paths I enjoy. If it's a motor assisted bicycle, and the engine is cold, im confident I can get out of a ticket if I get one. But if it's legally a motorcycle or moped, even a cold engine won't help me. So, plan "T" is going into affect. Details to follow in another thread.
