    Default slime "fix"

Do you guys consider a tire "fixed" , in other words if you are running on a tube that you Know has a hole in it do you replace it or just consider the Slimed tube as fixed?

Slime may work for months until it dries up or you get a hole bigger than it can clog. Be prepared and carry a spare tube. You are never going to be able to patch that one.
