Why is BP not trying this to collect surface oil?
Here is agood idea that needs to get out and used.IMHO.

you ever see the commercial with the guy that cant make an egg??? He pokes and flips half of it until it breaks all over the place.... then he looks at the camera and shrugs with frustration as if to say, "how will I ever flip this impossible egg". Then the camera guy sets in with the miracle egg cooker device???
You ever get the feeling you are watching a horrific BP egg cooking commercial??? Just waiting to see what they want to sell us....
