I'm going to pre-empt the crybabies with my post (please note sarcasm).

OMG, I can't believe how irresponsible you are by showing a video of a MB rider riding their bike in a dangerous manner which doesn't reflect upon us in a favorable light.
That dangerous behavior is unwarranted :-)

AWESOME VID, I'm excited and can't wait to get one. I hope it can pull wheelies in Colorado's high altitude. Please put me on a waiting list for one!!!!!

What mods and gears do you have going. Nice ride. I like my front wheel on the ground but the torque looks good.

I get your sarcasm, and appreciate it. A little fun will not be the ruin of "the movement". LOL

    BUT......

    Watch the following video:

    (Staton rack mount?)

Looks like the only thing that was hurt was his pride, but he could've gotten squashed by traffic.

I'm all for natural selection whether it be by nature or innate stupidity but I also value freedom above all.

My brother feels just riding a motorized bike is dangerous and doesn't condone it regardless if I ride 15 mph on trails where I never run into cagers. According to him, any MB use is dangerous.

Safety and risk are a matter of perspective and exercising personal liberty. Instead of focusing on the individual's actions whether you agree with them or not, we should focus on the motorized bike and the accomplishment behind it.

I celebrate the power of Taco's ride. I am envious of it and wish to have a similarly powered bike one day. Will I ever do a wheelie? No, although I've got 20+ years of riding a motorcycle, I never had the itch to do a wheelie. However, if you want to do one, go ahead and I won't judge you for it. Its your life, its your ride, and its your choice. I guess I'm pro-choice.... :-)

    Ayyyup!

Every activity has a different risk factor. Knitting would be pretty low risk, but boring. I'm sure your brother does something that someone else would consider "dangerous". Everyone has their own risk tolerance and you're right - we should be free to choose. No helmet? No problem. No seatbelt? No problem. As long as everyone is willing to personally face the consequences of the risk, I am AOK.

    Now, back to the wheelies.

I can pull wheelies on my beach cruiser with a 50cc engine. It isn't really the power of the engine. You simultaneously pull up on the handlebars and give it throttle - the wheel WILL pop up. Then you use your balance and throttle control to ride the wheelie. Make sure the front wheel is straight when it comes back down!

Now a real impressive show of power would be a "pure power" wheelie - with no pulling up on the bars to raise the front wheel. Just twist the throttle, maybe lean back a little (but not **** the bars up) and watch the front end lift. Maybe thats what we're looking at with stage 4.

    Well Taco

I think once we have the motors out in the world other people will verify our claims.

    Till then ....Keep building.
