LED ,head& tail light info needed

I am in the process of designing a 12V battery charge system using the White Wire, which is going well.It also includes an overcharge prevention circuit,see thread Solid WW Data.It works by dumping the unneeded power in a resistor& transistor combination.Instead of just wasting this power,a better use might be to use it for daytime protective lighting.I need info concerning the power consumption of suitable devices (LED's, (head&tail) or incandescents,which can be run of 12 V.There will be 300-500 mA available at around 14V.

Will the lighting system you are designing work with a HS 4 stroke engine?

Don't know, but inclined to doubt it .This is specifically designed for HT engine White Wire output This is a 50 cc Honda clone?,has magneto instead of CDI I assume,if so, unlikely.
