Here is my push trailer...

In the picture I had the gas tank removed and the throttle was not connected, now it is.

All that is left for me to do is wire up my remote kill switch, add oil and gas to the engine and take it for a RIDE!!!

I would have done that tonight, but I wanted to wait until it was light outside for my maiden voyage. Wish me luck!

Wow!!!

I'm proud of your fine job!

Who made your red frame? Does it pivot at the seatpost?

Looks almost perfect. Ya might choose to increase your gear ratio after you get the feel of your trailer.:geek:

That's if ya want more performance.

What are your sprocket sizes?

Very nice design and implementation.

6.5hp, you won't have any problems with hill climbing.

What size sprockets did you use? and what is the wheel size?

moar pics!

His clutch is 12T and his sprocket is 37T, approximately a 3 to 1 ratio. Perfect for the 10 inch wheel.

Znsane is right. I went with that at his suggestion. It was a pain in the butt though because that sprocket does not have the standard bolt pattern on it so I had to redrill holes. I would not buy another split sprocket... Northern Tool sells a 40T sprocket that is not split. Although I wouldn't hit 50mph with that one.

With a 37T at 5200RPM I should hit about 50-51mph if all goes well.
