Running 2 strokes on alternitive fuels?
Can these engines be modified to run on kerosene? or CNG?

I'd imagine CNG is a possibility as long as there was an oil injection system since the fuel traditionally carries the lube in small two strokes used in motorized bikes.
Kerosene - probably not. In a compression ignition engine (diesel) kerosene may be an alternative fuel, but not in a spark ignition engine.
