freewheel hub

Does anyone know where to find the part that screws into the section of a freewheel. I need one to fit a 5/8 shaft & it is a 3 wheel trike.( it slides onto the shaft & uses a tension pin to secure it to the shaft but it also screws into the freewheel & attached sprocket)
