Whizzer Model H Crankshaft Regrind

I am rebuilding a Whizzer model H engine. I need to regrind the connecting rod journal on the crankshaft but all the engine machine shops cannot grind it because the rod journal is only 1/2 inch wide.

Anyone know of a source for regrinding this crankshaft?

Hi Jim,
I'm not sure where you hail from, but in Tacoma Washington there's a jobber shop that may be able to do that; they are a camshft grinding place that has been in business since the dawn of time and they do darn fine work, and not just cams, but also specialty work. Look up Delta Camshaft, they are in Tacoma Washington. Good luck...
