Would it be wise to change the fuel filter (or at least clean the stock tank filter) before making any carb/jet changes, as cheap insurance?

I agree, Western nations need to vote out any anti-ALMO incumbents and build advocacy groups. If the Jokers are going to tax us and ship our jobs to China so we get poor enough to ride moped bikes to work, they should at least let us innovate and haul butt so the priveliged SUV drivers can be less inconvenienced.

Arceeguy-- don't want to stir Happy up any more than I have. He may be a nice guy. He didn't like the shot about being from Mass. There is no love lost between NH and Mass. They think when they get there , they have come to vist a bunch of rubes and don't mind letting you know.
Every low life I met in 11 years I lived there was someone from Mass who was fleeing a situation in Mass. I mean Insurance fraud to people in uniform looking for them. They all headed up to the mountains where I lived and hid out. They still tried to pull the same sh*t in NH. Then there were the outlet mall shoppers who would speak slowly to you so your not to swift country brain could catch the words.
When I told him I was from Cowhampshire{thier pet name for us} he knew what was comming and he didn't like it. We ever so lovingly called them M*ssholes. I may be wrong but to me he fit the mold.
