  1. Pirate and Bike Berry both have units to study- somehow I doubt they will carry them as there's complaint about cost and useing the chinese sprocket which they consider inferior. I'm not very concerned about it, these will sell regardless. Just starting to finish out the prototype Light System... OMG, $70 raw materials per unit!!!! I AM buying those switches you turned me onto-much cheaper than I could come up with, there's for certain... and built to the purpose. I already know how to lock it into the lath to open the hole, the big trick will be securing the wires so they don't trash themselves at high RPM. What other goodies d these rascals sell? I hope they do stuff in 6volt...
  2. When I first started building these I used the white wire for lighting. This works, not well. If riding and hit the switch for lights you get a "hickup" in power that can almost wreck you.(One hand on bars, one hand on switch.) It drains too much power. Now I use batteries when possible.
  3. I always wondered how it would feel to ride that banana seat but not on a hard tail frame. Too old for that. I do like the front forks and the headlight. Do you run the headlight off the engine wire? .....Dan
  4. I START at around $500.00 for the CEAPEST chinese engine and NO options. if you want lights, dual pull brake, high rise bars, ect, ect, ect. Well, you get the picture. But the economy REALLY BLOWS around here so you might start a little higher.
    Thanks,
    Big Red.
  5. Quik question. What is the aveage price you sell one of your occ builds for. i have one that i think i might sell and just want a price to average it off of. Thank you
