    Maybe the tip of the set screw that goes through the clutch plate is touching the clutch gear.

    Well I'm a dumb ass and didn't torque mine and the shook loose so I was on the go one day and they did it and I just super tightened...

    I'm pretty sure I put a new spark, magneto, and cdi on it but is there a way to check or on my own without special tools of any kind

    I have done all of these things except the torque of the head bolts but I'm pretty sure that's not it I've taken the carb and Reed valve...
